Detroit vs Colorado: No Diving

The streak is over, the Wings are 2nd in the west, and have lost their last two games. As true Wings fans none of that worries us. Detroit is the best team in the NHL. They just got better with the addition of Quincey, and might still improve with another move between now and Monday.

As Chris would so eloquently put it Quincey is more better now than he was before he left Detroit, and tonight would be a great night to show the Avalanche why they mad a big boo boo in practically giving him away. Think of it this way. They just drafted a 3/4 defenseman with that pick, and he’s already ripe. I say Kenny wins again.

Detroit can right the ship tonight. They have played well in the absence of Pavel, and should have won the last two. Colorado played last night, and could be a little gassed.

Happy 25th birthday to Justin Abdelkader.
